I was apprehensive about ordering this product. I'm getting older and moving heavy pallets has been increasingly difficult. The customer service people were very helpful. Delivery was without problems. Packaging was secure and tight. Assembly consisted of removing a shipping bracket, 2 screws, and handle assembly. Another 2 screws and the electrical connector to secure the handle. The battery showed a full charge and it was operational. After reading the instructions, i used it to move 2 pallets stacked totalling 2 tons. It was effortless for the jack and moved around faster than I expected. It is very nice looking produce and I'm proud to have it.

We needed a good electric pallet jack to move 3000lbs machines around without slipping or killing your back with a traditional hand pallet jack. Apollo seemed the best bang for the buck and delivery was really fast. The Apollo 4400Lbs electric pallet jack is exactly what we needed, should have bought earlier. It lifts up the 3000lbs machines we need to move and also drives the load easily around the concrete floor. The estimated 6hour work time is more than enough for our need. Good solid unit, only good thing to say about it.
