Returns for Personal Reasons If you change your mind, you may return unused and unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. For returns due to inability to contact the recipient or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for round-trip freight but no restocking fee will apply. (For free shipping items, refunds will deduct round-trip shipping fees, as they originally included the outbound shipping cost.)
Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please do not open or use it. Contact our customer service team immediately at service@apolloliftus.com with your order number and photos. Upon confirmation, our service team will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct product to you at no additional cost after the wrong one is received.

Defective Products If your product does not function properly upon arrival, please contact service@apolloliftus.com right away. After verifying a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for a refund, replacement, or return. (Damages due to installation or misuse are excluded.)
For issues within 30 days of delivery, Apollo Forklift will troubleshoot the problem. If the product is deemed defective and cannot be repaired, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund. (See Warrant Policy for further details.)

How can I return a product?
  1. Contact: Email service@apolloliftus.com to process your return.
  2. Please have the following information on hand when contacting our service team:
  • Customer name
  • Po number
  • Serial number
  • Reason for return (attach photos or videos if necessary.)
  1. Solution: Our service team will confirm eligibility and propose a solution.
  2. Approval: If a return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Pack and Return: Securely repackage the product and return within 5 business days. Customers must ensure products are repackaged identically to their original state (carton/pallet/stretch wrap) for safe return transit.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your replacement or refund. Refunds are usually completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time. You’ll be notified via email once the refund is issued. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.

Exchanges For exchanges, after approval, the fastest method is to return the current product while placing a new order separately. After the return is received, we’ll issue a refund as agreed.
