Personal Reason:

The customer may return a product to Apollo Forklift for a refund within 30 days from delivery if the product is unopened/unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for double-way shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. (For free shipping products, refunds will deduct the double-way freight costs as well since it includes the shipping cost to send the product originally)

Wrong Product Received

If the customer received a wrong product, please do not open/use the product, contact Apollo Forklift customer service immediately and provide the order number with pictures of the product. After Apollo Forklift team has it verified, the customer should assistant to send the product back to Apollo Forklift. Once the returned product is received, Apollo Forklift will send the correct product to the customer without extra cost.

Defective Product

If the product is not working properly upon arrival, please contact immediately, reasonable troubleshooting steps will need to be taken and provided to our technician to determine if the product is defective. If Apollo Forklift determines that the product is defective and not able to be repaired, the customer can choose to receive a replacement for free or return the product and get fully refunded within receipt of 30days. Return Policy

At Apollo Forklift, we always do our best to honor a customer’s product return request as quickly as possible.

Apollo Forklift accepts returns that are dated within 30days of the product’s receipt, apart from custom orders which are non-refundable. For non-quality issue related returns, the product needs to be in new and un-opened status, and the customer is responsible for double-way shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. Opened and used products will not be eligible for returns. 

All returned products must be accompanied with its original packaging, and include all accessories, components/parts, and documentation in necessary. Not returning all accessories or components, will result in a fee, to be determined by Apollo Forklift at their sole discretion, which shall be equal to the value of the missing components of the returned product. 

Return Procedure

Step 1: Please contact and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.

Step 2: Our service team will offer a solution based on our policy.

Step 3:  Based on the final solution agreed by both parties, our customer service team provide the return information if a return is required.

Step 4: Please pack the approved return products properly based on requirements and return to us within 5 business days.

Step 5: When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will inspect the product and then proceed for the replacement / refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to palletize/crate, strap, wrap, and/or box their product(s) properly for return shipment, which is critical required by the carrier for proceeding transportation.

It normally takes between 1-2 weeks for the refund to be completed, which is depends on the bank. When completed, our team will notice you by mail. Typically, refunds will be paid to your original form of payment. For orders that have been paid for by check, money order or cash, and where customer would like a refund and is qualified for a refund per the terms of this Return Policy, Apollo Forklift will refund to the Customer by the ways customer agreed.
If you want to exchange the products, after get approval from our team, the fastest way is to return the product you have per procedure after the return is authorized, meanwhile, make a separate purchase for the new product. After the return is completed, we will refund you as agreed.
