Lead Time
  1. Orders typically ship within 48 business hours.
  2. No shipments on weekends/holidays.
  3. Delivery times are estimated and depend on the carrier. Our logistics team will track and update your shipment as needed.

Shipping Methods
  1. Multi-warehouse fulfillment via various carriers based on your location.
  2. Standard shipping covers delivery to a freight terminal or a commercial address with self unload.
  3. Additional fees (e.g., detention, storage, inside delivery) are customer-responsible; specify special requirements at checkout.
  4. For pickup orders, a Bill of Lading (BOL) with pickup time and address will be emailed after confirming. Please bring a printed copy of your BOL when picking it up.

Shipment Changes & Cancellations Any shipment changes and cancellations may incur additional fees; please contact us promptly.
Cancellations must be made before shipment. Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
Even if a tracking number has not yet been uploaded, the product may already be in transit (Tracking No. delay)—please contact us as soon as possible for any cancellation requests.

Shipping Damage Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice severe damage, refuse the shipment and note the issue on the delivery receipt. For any packaging or part damage, report it to our sales team within 24 hours with photos. No claims/refunds are honored if damage is not noted at delivery.

Order Consolidation Whenever possible, we will combine your multiple orders into one shipment.
