How to calculate shipping fee?

At checkout, shipping fees will automatically be calculated based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Standard shipping rates apply to commercial addresses and do not include additional services such as inside delivery. Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You need to select "Pick Up" for delivery method. After order confirmation, our team will email the pick up slip to you. Please make sure to check your email inbox. Please make sure to bring a copy of your pickup slip and arrive at the designated time and address indicated on the slip. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Yes, our electric products include an original charger and battery set, and it is recommended to charge them immediately upon receipt.
